The clear block stamping technique is a fun and quick way to create an interesting background or uniquely colored paper. I lightly tapped a Stampin’ Up! clear block directly on the ink pad, “stamped” my paper, and punched out three hearts with the Full Heart Punch. You will get a bolder appearance by layering several colors or a softer look by stamping the block off once on a piece of scratch paper. Give clear block stamping a try and let me know what you think!
